Paid plans open official web sessions in the same window. Basic includes ChatGPT. Pro adds Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and DeepSeek. You sign in with your own accounts; AUROIA keeps that login in the app session.
On desktop, Alt+Shift+S captures a region and injects the screenshot into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or DeepSeek. Desktop snip is not OCR. On Android, snip can run on-device ML Kit OCR and paste the text.
Pro can show two web models at once on desktop. On Android it only works on tablet-sized screens (shortest side 600 dp or larger). Phones get a notice that compare is tablet-only. It does not guarantee correct output.
If you install Ollama on the same computer and leave it running at http://127.0.0.1:11434, the AUROIA tab can use your local models. This is optional and not required to use the app.
On Android, a bubble stays over other apps. Tap to chat or snip, use Ask AUROIA on selected text, switch Light and Dark, and drag to the bottom dismiss target to close.

No. Desktop snip attaches the screenshot to a web tab (not the free AUROIA tab). You need Basic (25/day) or Pro (unlimited). Android snip can also copy on-device OCR text.

No. Apple shows that message for apps that are not Developer ID–notarized. Drag AUROIA to Applications, then run xattr -cr /Applications/AUROIA.app && open /Applications/AUROIA.app in Terminal, or double-click Open AUROIA inside the disk image.
